I understand that “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” is not and never will be a gambling tipster.

I understand that “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” provides a membership service, paid for as a recurring monthly fee, to gain access to the daily bets or predictions of “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” on horse racing.

I understand that “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” will not at any point advise me on how to place bets, what bets to place or how much money/stake to use.

I agree to not use bad or violent behaviour, either physically or verbally, towards “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” through any form of contact, including social media, email, postal letters, phone calls, text messages or in person.

I understand that my membership fee is non-refundable at any point or for any reason.

I understand that “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” reserves the right to cancel my membership at any time without giving any reason as to why.

I agree not to sell or give away any information that I read or pay for that has been given to me by “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” as part of my membership. Should I break this section of the terms and conditions, “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” will take me to civil court for financial damages.

I understand that if gambling becomes too much for me, I should seek professional help, and I also understand that “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” provides information and links to websites as guidance for help.

I understand that “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” does not want to be contacted (other than in the following specific ways) and will not provide any additional contact information for “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD”. However, I do have permission to comment or leave a direct message on Twitter (@adammckayley) and “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” will get back to me as soon as possible. I understand that if I have any questions about the terms and conditions or privacy policy of “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD”, I am free to send an email to info@adammckayley.com.

I understand that if I cancel my membership at any time, I must double check with my bank that all future direct debits have been cancelled and I acknowledge that any payments made after my membership has been cancelled will not be refunded.

I understand that “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” will never share my personal data with anyone at any point other than the local authorities if necessary.

I understand that if I choose to place any bets of any kind based on the information that “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” provides, then I do so at my own personal risk, and I will not hold “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD” responsible for any financial losses of any kind.

I understand that I must be aged 18+ to hold a membership account for “Adam McKayley” / “Adam McKayley LTD”, and I confirm that this is true.
